   1. In advance set up a mini fridge.

   2. Have access to a sink

   3. Reusable cutlery and dishes that can be washed with ease in your tiny powder room sink

   4. Hotplate or microwave

   5. Temporary foot storage staging area

9. A storage area set up for all incoming products for the project like Light and pluming fixtures that will be sent directly to the site. (also read about how to properly receiving items)

10. With so many strangers coming in and out of your house, safely store your valuables

11. Decide on how your home will be accessed with keys or door codes. Make sure that they are changed at the end of the job.
